RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
§1
WITHDRAWING FROM THE CONTRACT
1.In accordance to the bill of consumers’ rights, the buyer, being the consumer may withdraw from the contract without stating a reason with 14 days’ notice, from the date of claiming the package with the product.

3. RETURN THE PRODUCT ALONG WITH FILLED OUT AND SIGNED FORM TO*

With the inscription: “return atlantic”*
* The sending price is covered by the sender. packages sent as cash on delivery or by means of inpost paczkomaty will not be received.
4. O if possible, the seller asks for proof of payment (receipt, invoice, proof of transfer or payment).
5. The returned product must be in unchanged condition, meaning, it has to have the original packaging and etiquettes and cannot bear any signs of use.
6. Send an e-mail to sklep@atlantic.pl with information regarding the return being made.

2. Send back the product in question along with filled out and signed form to*

REPLACEMENT
1. Replacing the product is conducted by returning the purchased product and placing a separate order. There is no option to replace the product within one transaction.
2. Fill out the WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT and follow the instructions given in section w §1.
3. He returned product must be in unchanged condition, meaning, it has to have the original packaging and etiquettes and cannot bear any signs of use.
